Arts Encompassing 2008

A major exhibition of arts and craft taking place at Wellington Cathedral between 23rd Feb to 14 th March, opening on Friday 22nd Feb at 5.30 pm.

This is a really stupendous exhibition held in the isles of the church, and includes many NZ artists and craftspeople.

If you are interested in securing entry forms and further details do get in touch with Kate Livingston phone 343 9620, she shall be happy to oblige.

2008 Exhibition @ Inverlochy Art School

Again Kate shall be happy to provide entry forms, should they be required.

The closing date for entry forms is 14th Dec. 2007.

The exhibition runs from 26th Jan. to 6th Feb.

Our members are warmly invited to a Christmas Function and farewell for Margaret McGuire.

Volunteers are needed for a few hours on Saturday the 17th November at 10am to help with a general spring clean of the art society rooms.

Working bees are going to be on a 3 monthly basis to keep the rooms up to perfect working conditions.

We would be very grateful for any help, see you at the art society rooms on the 17th November 2007.

Our annual exhibition runs from the 25th of September to the 7th of October at the Community Art Centre, 19 Taupo Quay from 10am till 4pm.
